The positional coordinates of the cursor is displayed in the information bar at the bottom of the GUI. Also, displayed is the pixel value of that element.

This is a rectangular ROI (taken from the same image as that shown above). Note that the coordinates and corresponding pixel value are the same as those of the original image. | ![]() |
This is a surface representation of that ROI. The surface type has been set to solid - other options include mesh and lego. The default viewing angles are 30degrees in both the x and z directions. | ![]() |
This is the line-averaged profile of the columns. This is used to gauge any variations along a row of pixels (and vice-versa for the line-averaged profile of the rows), for example to investigate "first-pixel" anomolies. | ![]() |
